Rooster's June 28 Specials

On this day in history, in the year 1838, Victorian Era officially begins with the coronation of Queen Victoria. During this time, fish was just able to be eaten regularly inland. This was because there was ice to keep it fresh and railways to transport it quickly. It’s amazing that we can just go to Wanchese and pick up today’s fish!

Support our local and hard working fishermen AND musicians with our live music provided by The Wilders tonight at 6pm.

Not in the mood for seafood? Don’t worry, we have an array of southern favorites!
(Psst…our Hippie Chicken ‘N Waffles and 158 Pig Plate have been so popular).
